Cancer Sniper: A new Lung Cancer Therapy #

The Cancer Sniper is a new cancer Therapy based on engineered bacteria. We found a bacteria suitable for survival and secretion of anti-tumor factors in the lung cancer microenvironment by machine learning. Then we used 3 input AND gate which can simulate tumor microenvironment to trigger the expression of anti-tumor factor CDD-iRGD.We detected the expression of the anti-tumor factor and the anti-tumor efficiency of the bacteria.

「Cancer Sniper」は、遺伝子操作されたバクテリアに基づく新しいがん治療法です。私たちは、機械学習により、肺がんの微細環境で生存し、抗腫瘍因子を分泌するのに適したバクテリアを見つけ出しました。その後、私たちは腫瘍微小環境を模倣できる3入力ANDゲートを使用し、抗腫瘍因子CDD-iRGDの発現を誘導しました。私たちは、抗腫瘍因子の発現とバクテリアの抗腫瘍効果を検出しました。
