Research has demonstrated that early detection can make colorectal cancer highly curable. Therefore, we have decided to develop a diagnostic technology platform for cancer screening using liquid biopsy. With just a blood sample provided by the patient, we can determine the potential presence of colorectal cancer through circular RNA analysis in the serum. NanoCircDx presents clear benefits compared to existing methods for colorectal cancer detection.

研究により、早期発見が大腸がんを高度に治療可能にすることが示されています。そのため、私たちは液体生検を用いたがんスクリーニングのための診断技術プラットフォームの開発を決定しました。患者が提供してくれた血液の一部から、血清中の環状RNA解析を通じて大腸がんの可能性の存在を判定することができます。NanoCircDxは、大腸がん検出の既存の方法と比較して明確な利点を提供します。
