JCVI-UCSD # MACS: The Minimal & Adapted Carbon Sequestration Cell # Anthropogenic activities have led to dangerous levels of atmospheric CO2, exacerbating global climate change. Minimized synthetic carbon-sequestration pathways offer a promising solution to this problem, proven in-vitro and in-silico; however, the deployment of these organisms in vivo remains unexplored.
