Cosmetic Bacterial Rapid Test Kit #

Our project has developed a novel bacterial detection method that leverages existing gene editing technology. Specifically, we have designed a rapid bacterial test kit for cosmetics. Our motivation for creating this product stems from the issue that individuals often encounter when using cosmetics in their daily lives, particularly with bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. To address this challenge, we have designed a detection kit for Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in cosmetics based on CRSPR/ Cas12a gene editing technology, which can be used to rapidly detect the presence of these bacteria.

私たちのプロジェクトは、既存の遺伝子編集技術を活用した新規の細菌検出方法を開発しました。具体的には、化粧品用の迅速な細菌検査キットを設計しました。この製品を作る動機は、日常生活で化粧品を使用する際に個々が頻繁に遭遇する問題、特に黄色ブドウ球菌や緑膿菌などの細菌に由来します。この問題に対処するため、我々はCRSPR / Cas12a遺伝子編集技術に基づく化粧品中の黄色ブドウ球菌と緑膿菌の検出キットを設計しました。これを使用すれば、これらの細菌の存在を迅速に検出することができます。
